Return and Refund Policy

Cancelation Policy: -

1. in case there is an order cancellation. Please do so before it is shipped. Once the product is shipped it can’t be cancelled using our website.

Return Policy: -

1. Return/Exchange is available for selected products only. The return information is available on the product page on the website. The return policy of a product can be changed without prior notice.

2. In case we do not have pick up service available at your location. You would have to self-ship the product to our office Address.

3. Return/Exchange charges may apply on case to case basis.

Refund policy:-

.We accept the refund request if there is a mismatch in quality, size, color or design or in case an item is missing/wrong/damage in a combo order.

.Once the product has been picked up, the Refund is processed on the next 5-7 working days with the same transaction mode.

NOTE FOR RETURN:-

  • The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
  • The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted
  • Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Return/Exchange requests that are not raised within the return period (Refer product page) the product would not be accepted.


NOTE FOR RETURNING PRODUCT:-


1) Products with any kind of major defects are only considered for return or exchange.

2) Minor handloom/handmade defects are not considered for refunds.

a) There is a slight design variance in the product as all the items are handcrafted

b) There is a slight difference in the actual colour shade of the product as compared to the image as that might appear due to photography as every monitor tunes differently

3) Customized orders are not considered for return. They will be taken only on a prepaid basis.

4) In case of return, we will add the balance in your customer Account which will be valid for 1 month from the day we receive back the product.

5) No exchanges or returns are applicable on sale/discounted items.

6) Products with any kind of defects needs be reported within 12 hours after delivery.
