Shipping policy

We ship all over India and try to get the best rates for our customers. Orders placed Monday through Saturday IST will be processed on the same or following business day and will be shipped within two business days of order placement if the product(s) is(are) in inventory in our warehouse. If you want to inquire about the delivery time of a product, do not hesitate to contact us prior to placing your order. Our shipping charges varies as per the order value and delivery location. Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Jaipur, Rajasthan by courier. Products shall be made available to you within 7 business days.

Order deliveries will be made between 10 AM – 8 PM (IST) except Sunday.

Products are needed to be signed for on delivery. If you are not available for signing at the time of order delivery , we request an alternative to sign on your behalf. Rajasthanirangrez.com takes no responsibility for the products signed by an alternative person. We are not responsible for damage after delivery.

All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service within the same day of delivery. We appreciate your effort!
